I have been working out twice a week with Carrie since June 2010 at my office, along with other employees in small groups. I have gone from being in very bad physical shape from a sedentary lifestyle to actually feeling fit, although I still have a long way to go. Working out with Carrie at the office is fabulous. Not only is she very knowledgeable about fitness, but the personalized attention to each person’s needs is just what I needed. I am now doing things I never thought I could do again at my age, including push ups, pull ups, crunches, sit ups and jogging. My endurance and flexibility is greatly improved, which shows in my everyday life. I highly recommend having Carrie come to the office. There is now no excuse for me to not work out, and she is a great trainer. She will push you beyond what you think you can do, but she does it carefully so you don’t get hurt. Positioning you for each exercise until you learn how to do it correctly is really important. That is not something you can do at home with a video workout, and that’s why I will continue to do this as long as I possibly can.

Carrie Rocks!!! I have been training with Carrie now for over 9 months and I feel stronger and more fit than ever before. I had never trained with a personal trainer before Carrie and wasn't familiar with all the work outs. But Carrie takes it one step at a time to ensure that individually we are both working effectively and moving our bodies properly to get full benefit of the workout and not get hurt.
